HA: - You can rent a nice apt of. 3 beds from $2000-$2300 about 4 miles from your current place. We let you borrow to put security deposit and 1st month, you pay us back when the house is sold. In the listing agreement we need some statement saying that you kick back to the seller the amount (total You owned us). We understand but we can’t rent forever.
One of the reasons that we want to sell it ... we are tired & exhausted, can’t afford for your late payment. We already did the best to let you pay on the 15th & 30th. You sounded the rent is not your 1st priority but others you had to take care first. And the balance has been high. Last year you sold a few houses, you had opportunities to pay off but you didn’t. I got stress.
If you change, pay rent as your 1st priority and keep low balance, I will try to convince my wife as it for a few years.
We can’t suffer anymore
