Biden is an old fox : yesterday he said X, today he said Y, tomorrow he said Z - mostly conflicts each other with "sound good but empty" promises !
He was against Viet refugees and in 47 years, he and Obama did not do much for people - Jobs were outsourcing, military was weak, not sure his healthcare was good, not much in education
except promoting women such as NOW (National Organization of Women), LGBTQ ba' la'p,... !
