if it's alright could you help us recreate the problem? please redo exactly what you were doing and then let us know the outcome. Please describe as faithfully as possible: whether it shows a blank page or if it produce some text, and if it's some text, then what does it say.
right now the system has no records of those messages, which means something catastrophic happeneed that prevented the messages from being saved. so I'm quite interested in learning what message was being printed on screen
